Sunshine on my shoulders… Part 2

We had a beautiful warm sunny day today.  It’s amazing how much better you feel with some sun on your skin and blue skies above – I’ve blogged about some of these benefits on my previous post – Sunshine on my Shoulders – Pt 1.  So with some lovely sunshine available, I tried to make the most of getting some Vitamin D, which raised the questions:

  • When is the best time of day to get some sun?
  • Where on the body is the best place to get that sunshine?

I shall look into answering those questions for you (& me too)…
