Meet Sally Bratton – Health and Happiness Coach
In her own words:
“Mental health had always been of interest, due to my own experiences of anxiety and depression, grieving and low self-esteem. To enable my transformation, I had to learn how to face, and overcome, these specific struggles.
The introduction of a daily mix of physical exercise (walks in nature are my favourite!), social interactivity, mindfulness, and gratitude were catalysts for my new-found happiness.
I realised a powerful desire to help others reach their ‘happy place’.
Since qualifying as a Wellbeing Coach, I’m now helping customers across the UK and Spain to overcome their unique struggles and maximise their health and happiness – encouraging them to also put wellbeing at the heart of everything they do.
I’m so happy to have reached this point, and have a work role that gives me true meaning and purpose – at last!”
