Keep Cool with our Mango Nice Cream Recipe

It has been flipping hot in the UK! Seriously hot!!! With record-breaking temperatures it has certainly been interesting trying to keep oneself cool.

My favourite way has been enjoying making my very simple ‘nice-cream’ made with frozen bananas as the base. This is a recipe we made regularly when we ran our retreats and it was always a favourite.

It is so easy to make plus its deliciously healthy – a win-win😋.

Mango + Coconut Nice Cream
Serves 2

2 frozen bananas (peel & cut into chunks before freezing)
1 frozen mango (peel & cut into chunks before freezing)
150 ml coconut cream
1 tbsp agave nectar (or to taste)

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
If it feels too thick, then add more coconut cream or water.

Serve immediately with fresh fruit.
