Day of Happiness

Commit to ‘Happy’ on this Day of Happiness

“Happiness radiates like the fragrance from a flower and draws all good things towards you.”
– Maharishi Mahesh Yogi.

International Day of Happiness is on March 20th and we believe that if anything is worth celebrating, then it’s certainly happiness!

With that in mind, we’d like to ask you how much happiness is in your life right now? Are you happy with your level of happiness? Are you actively pursuing happiness, or are you being a little bit ‘British’ and spending more time complaining than celebrating…?

If most of your conversations are complaint focused, then it’s very easy to get sucked into a spiral of thinking that most things are a bit rubbish. You attract what you project. If this is sounds like you, why not flip that way of thinking on its head?

Here’s Dr Claire Maguire to help…

Shift your focus from the negative, to the positive and watch how this simple process transforms your life. Once you start being kind to yourself and to others, being grateful for the beauty of the everyday, there will be no time to fester over the niggles and annoyances that we all face.

Make it your mission to commit to creating and maintaining your own happiness and watch how the universe starts to deliver even more of the good stuff for you!

Keep smiling lovely people and let’s celebrate happiness every single day…
