Kiss Goodbye to Stress

“Stress is often caused by being ‘here’ but wanting to be ‘there’.” – Eckhart Tolle.

Welcome to August (how did that happen?!) and welcome to the latest in our series of Kundalini meditation videos. We’re loving sharing these with you each week and hope they are helping you feel happy, calm and energised..

This week brings you a short but powerful meditation to relieve the body of stress. Something we can all do with from time to time!

Stress seems to be such a big factor in modern day life. The continuous rushing around, endless to-do lists, comparisons and competition can leave our brains whirring around in overdrive! Before you know it, you’re steaming through each day on auto pilot, forgetting how important it is to stop and smell the roses.

Well we’d like to change that and we welcome you to join us! Kiss goodbye to draining and unnecessary stress. Refuse to let stress take over your life and be proactive in your refusal. Sounds tough? Maybe so, but you can begin by taking baby steps to making your every day life a little calmer.

Start by taking just 5 minutes today to join Claire for this revitalising meditation…

Practise this meditation whenever you feel your stress levels creeping up. This will leave you feeling calmer, more grounded and ready to take on the rest of your day from a more balanced and positive perspective.
