Why Our Graduates Recommend Our Health & Wellbeing Coach Training

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching hundreds of students through our Health and Wellbeing Coach Training. At the end of every programme, I always ask for honest feedback.

Of course, I want to know what worked well and where we can continue to improve. But what I enjoy most is hearing what stays with people once they’ve had some time to reflect.

One thing I’ve noticed is that, alongside the wonderful feedback we receive about the curriculum, the coaching skills and the depth of the learning, our graduates almost always mention the people they met, the encouragement they received from one another, and the confidence that grew as they practised coaching in a safe and supportive environment.

It’s something that still makes me smile after all these years of teaching. By the end of the programme, people who arrived as strangers often leave as trusted colleagues, practice partners and lifelong friends.

Lisa described meeting “the most inspiring, compassionate and courageous people,” while Anneliesa called the breakout rooms “a safe and encouraging space to practise coaching skills and connect with others.” Jo summed up her experience beautifully, saying, “I met incredible people (some of whom became dear friends).”

That sense of community is something I value enormously, because becoming a coach isn’t simply about gaining knowledge. It’s about developing the confidence to sit with another person, ask meaningful questions and trust yourself in the process.

Of course, a supportive learning environment is only part of the picture. The training also needs to provide you with the knowledge, practical coaching skills, and confidence to work professionally with clients.

A Solid Foundation for Professional Coaching

Shehnaz said the course “equipped me with practical models and effective strategies that I can confidently apply in my coaching practice,” while Jennifer described the course materials as “very comprehensive but easy to digest, with a clear structure for immediate practical application.” Victoria, who researched many different coaching courses before enrolling, said ours was “the most professional and in-depth course out there.”

Support That Continues After Graduation:

What matters just as much to me is what happens after graduation.

Learning doesn’t stop when the final session ends. That’s why we continue supporting our graduates as they begin putting everything they’ve learnt into practice.

Caroline shared that “all the follow-up support/info I’m receiving now that the course has finished is something that has been lacking in other training programmes I’ve taken,” while Anneliesa described it as “a genuine commitment to helping participants succeed long after the training had ended.”

Teaching this programme has been one of the greatest privileges of my career, and seeing our graduates go on to build businesses, support clients, strengthen their existing professions and make a genuine difference in people’s lives never stops being rewarding.
