RAWsome!

We did it!  It’s been an exciting couple of months with the launch of The Retreat at Split Farthing Hall.  We’ve held our first few retreats including Claire guiding an ‘Adventure for the Soul’ program and encouraging women to ‘Evoke Your Senses’ on another weekend.  Plus we just had a fabulous double page article published in The York Press, complete with great pictures of Claire!

It has all been an emotional, exhilarating, energizing, pampered and delicious time.

We had a good omen before hand – an amazing double rainbow arching right over our house – so we knew we’d be off to a fantastic start…

So what were the highlights of the retreat weekends? Apparently the luxurious, comfy surroundings of the house and bedrooms made everyone relax immediately.  And then there was the amazing food – both by Claire herself (who’s also a great raw food chef) and the glamorous, talented Lisa Simpson – who’d believe it was all 100% raw?  Besides the personal journey that Claire took everyone along, the fire pit was definitely a high point.  There is certainly something peaceful yet primeval about sitting around a roaring fire!  Then to end with a relaxing massage and fruit mocktail to toast the new beginning was definitely a memorable end to a wonderful couple of days…

We look forward to you joining us soon…

“I’m so tired” are words that have fallen out of my mouth so many times I couldn’t even count the number. “Me too” is the usual response to those words when I say them aloud to someone else! Why though are so many of us running around on a proverbial empty tank? I say an…
