It’s exam time!

Are you the parent of a somewhat-frazzled teenager or student? Have exams turned your house into a place filled with anxiety and stress?

Unburden them of the pressures and incorporate relaxation into your daily lives.

Being supportive doesn’t equal pressure. Be gentle with them and trust that they will find their own way. Don’t let exam-fever wreak havoc in your household!
