You may remember a few weeks back we chatted about the importance of embracing fear in order to reach your full potential, and while this is essential in navigating our way through life, it doesn’t always come easily. Especially when we’re facing a fear of the future.
So we’re back again to give you a helping hand in the form of a lovely, empowering Kundalini meditation which will help you to face up to your future fear and harness the power to overcome this. We’re aiming to replace fear with excitement and relish in the joy and possibilities of the unknown.
