About Me

Hi, I’m Sally Bratton. After 25 years of working in the corporate world, I felt stuck, stressed out, and unfulfilled. Something had to change.

Mental health had always been of interest, due to lived experience of anxiety, depression, grief, and low self-esteem. To adapt, I had to learn how to face, and overcome, these specific struggles. The introduction of a daily mix of physical exercise (walks in nature are my favourite!), social connection, journaling, meditation, and gratitude were catalysts for my new-found happiness. Developing a deeper understanding of my emotions has been vital too. It was during a 25km walk, to raise money for mental health charity Mind, that I realised a powerful desire to help others also reach their ‘happy place’.

Having woken up to this need for purpose – and encouraged by a friend who is, herself, a coach – I embarked on an intensive Wellbeing Coach training course with Raw Horizons.

Since qualifying, I am now helping customers across Spain (which is where I live) and the UK (via online sessions) to overcome their individual struggles, and to maximise health and happiness. If you – or someone you know – would like the opportunity to talk, please WhatsApp me on +44 7930 301601 to schedule a free 20-minute intro call.

Testimonials

“I came to Sally through a close friend, and I must say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. She provides a safe environment, a space for you to truly be yourself and open up, and in just 6 sessions I was able to identity key triggers behind my anxiety. What I enjoyed most is the fact Sally gives you tips and exercises to control your attacks. If you’re thinking of trying Wellbeing Coaching, Sally would be top of my list.” – Ethan (aged 31)

“Sally has been instrumental in helping me transform the way I look at life, relationships, and priorities. She provides a safe, non-judgmental, supportive, and caring environment, enabling me to ask myself difficult questions, and find solutions to complicated life decisions.” – Caroline (aged 47)
