Menopause

  • Michelle Arnell

After completing my Health & Wellbeing Coach qualification with Raw Horizons, I went on to train as an Accredited Menopause Lifestyle Coach. I am the founder of Pause & Reflect, a space designed to support women, particularly in midlife and beyond, who are feeling overwhelmed, out of balance, or not quite like themselves.

Through a whole-person approach, I focus on the foundations that create meaningful and lasting change: nervous system regulation, rest, nourishment, movement and mindset. My work offers a calm, structured space for women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move forward in a way that feels manageable and sustainable.

My approach is grounded in a simple belief: when we create space to pause, even small shifts can begin to ripple through every part of our lives. Rather than quick fixes or doing more, I support women to make small, consistent changes that build over time, helping them feel more balanced, energised and in control again.

Creating a Safe Space for Women.

With a focus on self-care and self-love, I aim to uplift and empower my clients, helping them improve their self-esteem and achieve their wellness goals. Together, we will create a positive and exciting journey towards a healthier, happier you.

Recognising the widespread need for a nurturing and supportive environment, especially for women, I am dedicated to fostering a community where women can speak freely, embrace their authentic selves, and pursue a life brimming with happiness, laughter, and inner tranquillity.

I have empowered countless individuals by providing a safe, compassionate space to address their personal challenges. This transformative journey ignited my passion to further enhance my skills, leading me to earn advanced qualifications in Psychology and Counselling, as well as certifications as a Health and Wellbeing Coach, a GP Referral Instructor, a Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, and a Mental Health First Aider.

  • Emma Rice

Hi, I’m Emma, a Health, Wellbeing and Mindfulness Coach passionate about helping women feel empowered, energised and confident in their bodies and minds. I know first hand how life can leave us feeling stretched thin or disconnected from ourselves. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to create simple, supportive tools that bring you back to you.

Through my coaching, workshops and resources, I combine holistic wellbeing with evidence-based practices to support women through life’s many seasons, whether that’s navigating menopause, improving mindset or making sustainable, nourishing lifestyle changes.

As an accredited coach, mindfulness practitioner and NHS healthcare assistant, I bring both personal experience and professional insight to my work. From wellbeing plans and workbooks to guided mindfulness sessions and breathwork designed for real life, I believe small, consistent steps create lasting change.

You’ll often find me running in-person workshops in the Bristol area, supporting clients online or creating accessible resources like my Menopause Workbook, 30 Day Healthy Living Plan and mindfulness tools for everyday wellbeing.

Wellness isn’t about perfection, it’s about learning to pause, nourish, reset and flourish, in your own way and at your own pace.

  • Louise Bowdtich

Hi, I’m Louise, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Nature Connection Guide. My journey began with healing my own anxiety, low mood, and childhood trauma, leading me to train with Raw Horizons in 2018 and as a hypnotherapist in 2020.

My mission is helping others reconnect with their authentic selves, process unresolved emotions, and find natural balance. I believe healing happens when we remember who we truly are beneath life’s layers.

I blend evidence-based therapeutic techniques with nature-based practices, guiding people ‘home’ to themselves. My work isn’t just about overcoming obstacles; it’s about discovering a grounded, more peaceful version of yourself.

Working online or in person from my camper van Bertha, I support entrepreneurs and individuals stuck by emotional blocks. Through connecting to our true nature through nature and hypnotherapy, we release old patterns, rediscover our inner rhythm and resources, and create space for lasting transformation in all areas of life.

  • Sally Bratton

Mental health has always been of interest, due to my own experiences of anxiety and depression, grieving and low self-esteem. To enable my transformation, I had to learn how to face, and overcome, these specific struggles.

The introduction of a daily mix of physical exercise (walks in nature are my favourite!), social interactivity, mindfulness, and gratitude were catalysts for my new-found happiness. I realised a powerful desire to help others reach their ‘happy place’.

Since qualifying as a Wellbeing Coach, I’m now helping customers across the UK and Spain to overcome their unique struggles and maximise their health and happiness – encouraging them to also put wellbeing at the heart of everything they do.

I’m so happy to have reached this point and have a work role that gives me true meaning and purpose – at last!”
