Health Coaching

  • Michelle Arnell

After completing my Health & Wellbeing Coach qualification with Raw Horizons, I went on to train as an Accredited Menopause Lifestyle Coach. I am the founder of Pause & Reflect, a space designed to support women, particularly in midlife and beyond, who are feeling overwhelmed, out of balance, or not quite like themselves.

Through a whole-person approach, I focus on the foundations that create meaningful and lasting change: nervous system regulation, rest, nourishment, movement and mindset. My work offers a calm, structured space for women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move forward in a way that feels manageable and sustainable.

My approach is grounded in a simple belief: when we create space to pause, even small shifts can begin to ripple through every part of our lives. Rather than quick fixes or doing more, I support women to make small, consistent changes that build over time, helping them feel more balanced, energised and in control again.

  • Corinne Elizabeth

I support people to work through stress, emotional overwhelm, and protective patterns so they can reconnect with their authentic selves and create lives grounded in emotional balance, resilience, and presence. My sessions combine neuroplasticity-based techniques, meridian tapping, somatic practices, inner child work, and mindfulness-based tools within a compassionate, non-judgemental space.

I believe everyone can create positive, lasting change aligned with their values.

  • Valerie Viot

Hi, I’m Valerie Viot, the Centre Manager for Together Against Cancer, a Leicester-based charity dedicated to empowering cancer patients and carers to take control of their own health.

I qualified as a Wellbeing Coach in 2021 and find it incredibly rewarding to support clients during such challenging times in their lives. Helping them evolve their mindset and coping abilities is a deeply fulfilling part of my work.

I have always been curious about health, wellness, and human nature. Going through the Wellbeing Coach training course allowed me to deepen my empathy and refine my skills to better support others.

One of my clients, for example, struggled with family conflict and felt she had to be the rock for everyone else. Through six coaching sessions, she learned to accept that she was doing enough and couldn’t control others’ emotions or behaviour. As a result, she found peace and reduced her stress.

  • Sally Bratton

Mental health has always been of interest, due to my own experiences of anxiety and depression, grieving and low self-esteem. To enable my transformation, I had to learn how to face, and overcome, these specific struggles.

The introduction of a daily mix of physical exercise (walks in nature are my favourite!), social interactivity, mindfulness, and gratitude were catalysts for my new-found happiness. I realised a powerful desire to help others reach their ‘happy place’.

Since qualifying as a Wellbeing Coach, I’m now helping customers across the UK and Spain to overcome their unique struggles and maximise their health and happiness – encouraging them to also put wellbeing at the heart of everything they do.

I’m so happy to have reached this point and have a work role that gives me true meaning and purpose – at last!”

  • Mike Callahan

Having worked with young people for over 30 years as a teacher and Curriculum Leader, I have seen first-hand how life has gradually changed for them.

I am passionate about empowering young people to create positive changes in their lives. Once they develop this ability, it becomes a lifelong strength, shaping them into confident, well-rounded individuals.

    I Help To:

    • Develop self-esteem
    • Bolster self-confidence and foster a positive self-image
    • Be less worried and anxious while developing a positive mindset
    • Learn various techniques and strategies to manage challenges and stress

In addition to working with young people on a 1:1 basis, I also collaborate with families to set boundaries and create practical solutions. My mission is to help young people build resilience, confidence, and emotional intelligence, so they can navigate life’s challenges with a strong and positive mindset.
