I am a dedicated Life Coach with a background in Health and Wellbeing Coaching and over 20 years’ experience supporting people across community, health and therapeutic settings.

I support you with emotions, lifestyle, habits, goal setting, performance, life transitions and personal growth. My coaching is supportive, practical and forward-focused, helping you build confidence, gain clarity and take positive steps towards the life you want.

My professional experience includes working as an NHS Health Trainer, a Mental Healthcare Assistant within an NHS rehabilitation service and a Youth Worker. I also volunteer with Somerset MindLine, providing confidential emotional support to people experiencing difficult times.

Alongside coaching, I have been self-employed as a gardener since 2000 and have a longstanding interest in therapeutic horticulture and nature-based wellbeing.

I believe lasting change develops through partnership, self-awareness and practical action. I provide a welcoming, non-judgemental space where you can recognise your strengths, explore your choices and move forward with greater confidence, purpose and resilience.

  • Jake Sugg

I believe true change happens when we work with both the body and the mind. My coaching blends strength training, nutrition coaching, and evidence-based wellbeing practices to help clients build a life of lasting health and fulfilment.

Movement has always been part of who I am. From a constantly active child, to a rugby player, to a strength athlete, I found deep presence and joy in physical expression. Studying biochemistry deepened my fascination with how the body works, which led to a career in nutritional research. But I realised something was missing: real human connection. I didn’t want to study life in a lab, I wanted to live it and help others do the same.

That drive brought me into the world of coaching. I now combine my background in science with qualifications as a personal trainer and wellbeing coach to offer a holistic, personalised approach to health.

My work is rooted in the latest research from exercise science and behavioural psychology. Every programme I design is adaptive and tailored, focusing not just on looking good, but on feeling stronger, thinking clearer, and living more fully.

Whether you’re just starting out or returning to movement, I meet you where you are. Together, we build strength, both physically and mentally, one step at a time.

Mental health has always been of interest, due to my own experiences of anxiety and depression, grieving and low self-esteem. To enable my transformation, I had to learn how to face, and overcome, these specific struggles.

The introduction of a daily mix of physical exercise (walks in nature are my favourite!), social interactivity, mindfulness, and gratitude were catalysts for my new-found happiness. I realised a powerful desire to help others reach their ‘happy place’.

Since qualifying as a Wellbeing Coach, I’m now helping customers across the UK and Spain to overcome their unique struggles and maximise their health and happiness – encouraging them to also put wellbeing at the heart of everything they do.

I’m so happy to have reached this point and have a work role that gives me true meaning and purpose – at last!”

  • Mike Callahan

Having worked with young people for over 30 years as a teacher and Curriculum Leader, I have seen first-hand how life has gradually changed for them.

I am passionate about empowering young people to create positive changes in their lives. Once they develop this ability, it becomes a lifelong strength, shaping them into confident, well-rounded individuals.

    I Help To:

    • Develop self-esteem
    • Bolster self-confidence and foster a positive self-image
    • Be less worried and anxious while developing a positive mindset
    • Learn various techniques and strategies to manage challenges and stress

In addition to working with young people on a 1:1 basis, I also collaborate with families to set boundaries and create practical solutions. My mission is to help young people build resilience, confidence, and emotional intelligence, so they can navigate life’s challenges with a strong and positive mindset.

  • Simon Millington

Hi, I’m Simon. My approach to supporting people to improve their development encompasses establishing what their ‘needs’ and ‘wants’ are, so I can then design tailored learning solutions with them to maximise the impact of our collaboration.

It is vital to align any delivery to their attitudes and beliefs first and then add value by helping them to recognise the benefits of transforming their existing knowledge and understanding to a new frame of reference.

These connections should be driven by the person, and my role is to support and guide them through the process of change. Supporting people through their change is a privilege that I am grateful for every day.
