The Value of

Sustainable Integration

Create a dedicated rhythm of independent learning and connection.

Join Dr Claire Maguire in our monthly virtual workshops to move from ‘learning the theory’ to ‘integrated practice’ in a supportive, connected environment.

This is an invitation to weave your growth into the fabric of your daily life. While some prefer the intensity of a single week, there is a steady strength in assimilation – allowing your coaching skills to take root and grow over five months.

By choosing this pathway, you give your coaching voice the space to breathe, letting the concepts settle as you observe them working in your real-world environment.

  • A Blend of Depth & Connection: You have the best of both worlds. You move through the core theory via our in-depth self-study modules at your own pace, then join us live once a month to deepen that knowledge and bring your reflections to the group.
  • The Monthly “Anchor”: Our live Sunday sessions (4 hours once a month) provide a consistent structure that keeps you moving forward. They act as a dedicated milestone, removing the isolation of solo study and ensuring you stay motivated and on track throughout the five months.
  • The Safety of the “Pod”: From day one, you are part of a small permanent practice group. There is a real reassurance in growing alongside the same peers, building a level of trust and connection that carries you all the way to graduation.
  • Thoughtful Integration: Because there is space between our live sessions, the bridge between learning a tool and seeing its impact is built naturally. You have the opportunity to reflect on the material, practice with your pod, and find a rhythm that feels authentic to you.

It is a transformative journey – one that honours your existing commitments while giving you the human connection and the live practice you need to graduate with genuine confidence. – Dr Claire Maguire

  • Access to the HWC Self-Study Video Training: The home of your learning. You receive access to our 77 in-depth video lessons, digital workbooks, and reflective questions and quizzes. This allows you to move through the theory at your own pace between our live sessions, with the freedom to revisit any module whenever you need a refresher.
  • Monthly Live Sunday Workshops (6 Sessions): Your live ‘anchors’ for connection and practice. This includes your 90-minute orientation session followed by five 4-hour workshops with Dr Claire Maguire. These sessions help deepen your insights, answer your questions, and provide real-time coaching practice.
  • Your Practice ‘Pod’ From day one, you join a small, like-minded ‘pod’ of peers. This provides you with a consistent, safe environment to practice your coaching skills between sessions and build a supportive network that lasts well beyond the course.
  • Professional Membership & Accreditation: Your fees include membership with the Association for Coaching (worth £145) and your registration with the Personalised Care Institute. You graduate with recognised, professional standing.
  • The Graduate Business Toolkit & Community: Additional bonus modules covering the ‘business essentials’—including insurance, GDPR, and marketing—plus ongoing support through our private graduate community and a listing in the Raw Horizons Graduate Directory.

How The Training Works:

A Five-Month Rhythm of Learning

This is a structured, five-month journey that weaves independent study with live connection. To ensure our time together is as impactful as possible, we move through the curriculum as a cohort – giving you the perfect balance of self-paced freedom and group accountability.

The Monthly Rhythm:

  • Intentional Self-Study: Between our monthly sessions, you will move through specific digital modules in your own time. By completing these units before we meet, you ensure you have the foundational theory ready to bring into the live classroom.
  • The Sunday Workshops: Once a month, we gather for 4 hours on Zoom. We use this time to deepen your understanding, answer your specific questions, and explore the nuances of that month’s topics.
  • Shared Accountability: Moving through the modules as a cohort provides a gentle but effective structure. It ensures you stay consistent with your learning, knowing that your ‘pod’ and the wider group are moving at the same pace alongside you.
  • Pod Coaching Practice: A significant part of every live session is dedicated to practice. You will move into breakout rooms with your pod to coach, be coached, and observe – applying the theory you studied that month in a safe, non-judgemental space.
  • Live Mentorship: Having a live facilitator present once a month ensures you stay on track. You have the opportunity to bring real-world observations from your practice hours and receive guidance as your skills develop.

The Requirement:

  • Attendance Matters: Because the heart of this pathway is the live practice and group connection, we ask for a minimum of 80% attendance at our live sessions (5 out of 6) to meet the requirements for certification.

A Comprehensive Curriculum

A Comprehensive Curriculum

While the integrative pathway is designed for a steadier pace of reflection and integration, it covers the exact same rigorous modules and training milestones as our other pathways. We move through the complete curriculum as a cohort, ensuring you graduate with the same high standard of professional competence and confidence.

I really can’t express enough how impressed I am with the quality and sheer wealth of resources included in the H&W Coaching. I’ve now downloaded everything on both the graduate community and the online course, and it’s hugely reassuring!

Is the Integrative Path Right for You?

This pathway is often the best fit for those who recognise themselves in one of the following:

  • You value a steady pace: You want to become a coach, but you know that absorbing the material slowly over five months suits your learning style best.
  • You want the best of both worlds: You appreciate the flexibility of studying in your own time but want the ‘anchor’ of a live classroom to keep you motivated.
  • You thrive on accountability: You like the idea of moving through modules with a cohort, knowing that the group is there to support you and keep you on track.
  • You want a shared experience: You are looking for human connection and want to build a deep bond with your ‘pod’ peers as you grow together.
  • You can commit to a Sunday once a month and consistent self-study across five months.

This might not be for you if:

  • You want to clear your diary and complete your training in one immersive week (Our 5-Day Immersive Training is your path).
  • You need total flexibility with no fixed dates or monthly commitments (Our Self-Study Independent is your path).

A note from

Dr Claire Maguire

I’ve heard from so many people who wanted to train as a health and wellbeing coach but found that a full week didn’t quite fit their lives — whether that was the intensity, the timing or simply the way they know they learn best.

The self-study is there as an option, but some people really wanted more human connection than that. They wanted to ask questions. They wanted to practise with someone. They wanted to feel like they were part of something.

This is my answer to that. The same curriculum, the same accreditation, the same depth — delivered in a way that gives you space to absorb it slowly and people to grow alongside.

I genuinely cannot wait to run this for the first time. If it sounds like the right path for you, I would love to have you in the first cohort.
