  • Diane Brown

Hi, I’m Diane. I qualified as a wellbeing coach in 2017 with Raw Horizons and ran my own business for 5 years. In that time, I supported clients both 1:1 and in online group programmes. I also published “The Little Book of Active Wellbeing”, which describes my philosophy on exercise for mental wellbeing, as well as providing advice on building motivation. In 2022, I went back to corporate work, I still speak at neurodiversity support groups and I continue to use my coaching skills when managing my work team.

  • Beth Jarman

Hi, I’m Beth, founder of Meraki Mindset by Beth.

As a Holistic Wellbeing Life Coach, I trained with Raw Horizons in 2018—and I haven’t looked back since.

Through the power of self-compassion, I support people pleasers, perfectionists, and those experiencing burnout—people who sense deep down that life is meant for more than just mediocrity and merely ‘getting by.’ I help them step away from the endless cycle, reframe their mindset, overcome self-doubt, and uncover a deep sense of inner peace—allowing them to build a balanced and fulfilling life that truly aligns with them.

If you’re feeling stuck or unfulfilled, I use mindset coaching strategies to help you break free from simply ‘going through the motions.’ Together, we’ll reconnect you with your authentic self, elevate your well-being, and create the harmony you need to ThRiVe and embrace an abundant life—because life is meant to be lived to the fullest.

  • Sally Rundell

I graduated from Southampton University with a Psychology degree and completed postgraduate studies in education, followed by a research master’s at the University of East Anglia. My national and international career in education spans all levels of the system. I began as an EYFS teacher, taught the full primary range, and later held various LA advisory roles. In 2005, the DfE appointed me as a regional and National Director for primary literacy in England.

After the National Strategies period, I became an LA Director of Learning, overseeing school improvement for 350 schools. Now, through my consultancy, I work with UNICEF, the National Literacy Trust, and headteachers across the UK. Recognising the challenges in education, I trained as a wellbeing coach, developing ‘The Achieving Balance Model’ to help education leaders sustain resilience while ensuring the best outcomes for children.

  • Sophie Slosarczyk

Before my life took this beautifully slow turn, I spent 15 years in the medical field, earning my BSc (Hons) and PgDip in Diagnostic Radiography, Imaging, and Medical Ultrasound. I even lived in Australia, fulfilling my dream of traveling the world. But life led me down a different path—one that brought me here.

Now, alongside motherhood, I’m a qualified Wellbeing Coach (LL Cert) and soon-to-be MA student in Creative Writing (Poetry). Poetry, writing, and mindfulness have become my refuge, helping me navigate stress, anxiety, and exhaustion.

I specialize in women’s wellness—supporting emotional health, stress, burnout, and poor food relationships. Through 1-1 coaching, I help women move past what’s holding them back. Sessions include a pre-coaching questionnaire to tailor support, ensuring a private, confidential, and transformative experience.

  • Patricia Sutcliffe

My name is Patricia Sutcliffe, and I am a spiritually minded 74-year-old who has two great passions in life: writing and helping others find themselves.

As an author, I am proud to have published six books, including three biographies that I have written for others—one of which became a bestseller. My latest book, My Journey of Self-Belief, shares my story of sacrifice, hardship, and unwavering self-belief.

As a spiritual life coach, I work with clients to support and guide them as they learn to accept themselves. Through 1:1 sessions, I teach awareness, understanding, and forgiveness, often incorporating guided meditations.

I am also collaborating with two other coaches—a personal trainer and a yoga teacher—to create a three-day spiritual retreat. This retreat will combine guided meditation, yoga, and healthy body training to help people become more spiritually aware and discover a deeper purpose and meaning in life, all within a safe and loving environment
