Creating a Safe Space for Women.

With a focus on self-care and self-love, I aim to uplift and empower my clients, helping them improve their self-esteem and achieve their wellness goals. Together, we will create a positive and exciting journey towards a healthier, happier you.

Recognising the widespread need for a nurturing and supportive environment, especially for women, I am dedicated to fostering a community where women can speak freely, embrace their authentic selves, and pursue a life brimming with happiness, laughter, and inner tranquillity.

I have empowered countless individuals by providing a safe, compassionate space to address their personal challenges. This transformative journey ignited my passion to further enhance my skills, leading me to earn advanced qualifications in Psychology and Counselling, as well as certifications as a Health and Wellbeing Coach, a GP Referral Instructor, a Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, and a Mental Health First Aider.

  • Corinne Elizabeth

I support people to work through stress, emotional overwhelm, and protective patterns so they can reconnect with their authentic selves and create lives grounded in emotional balance, resilience, and presence. My sessions combine neuroplasticity-based techniques, meridian tapping, somatic practices, inner child work, and mindfulness-based tools within a compassionate, non-judgemental space.

  • Lucienne Brown

I have many years’ experience in health & wellbeing coaching and body therapies through my work in the women’s sector, private clientele, and community projects. I have been lucky enough to be trusted to guide my clients through times of stagnation, stasis, and freeze, helping them find a way out of their situation and providing the motivation they need to get back on track.

As the lead coach and body therapist at Women & Girls’ Network, affiliated to Rape Crisis, I worked with hundreds of women who had reached an impasse in their lives, often after trauma had distorted their view of themselves and the world. I have witnessed the power of connection, creativity and a non-judgmental space in giving clients a renewed sense of enthusiasm and excitement for this precious life.

I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, and look forward to hearing your unique story. Together we can make each moment exceptional.
