For over a decade, I’ve been guiding people into the transformative power of meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement. As a Health & Wellbeing Coach, Meditation & Breathwork Teacher, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and Somatic Facilitator, I’ve had the privilege of creating safe spaces where real change happens.
