Hello, I’m Dr Claire Maguire…

For over a decade, I’ve been guiding people into the transformative power of meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement. As a Health & Wellbeing Coach, Meditation & Breathwork Teacher, Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and Somatic Facilitator, I’ve had the privilege of creating safe spaces where real change happens.

I’ve run over 400 retreats at my own centre, watched countless people discover their inner calm, and seen firsthand what it takes to build a practice that truly sticks. Through my online wellness membership, I’ve taught weekly classes that help busy people find their centre, even when life feels chaotic.

What I love most is that moment when someone realises they actually can trust themselves to stay steady, no matter what’s happening around them. That’s the gift of this work, and it’s what I’m here to help you discover.
