Mental Health

  • Simon Millington

Hi, I’m Simon. My approach to supporting people to improve their development encompasses establishing what their ‘needs’ and ‘wants’ are, so I can then design tailored learning solutions with them to maximise the impact of our collaboration.

It is vital to align any delivery to their attitudes and beliefs first and then add value by helping them to recognise the benefits of transforming their existing knowledge and understanding to a new frame of reference.

These connections should be driven by the person, and my role is to support and guide them through the process of change. Supporting people through their change is a privilege that I am grateful for every day.

  • Diane Brown

Hi, I’m Diane. I qualified as a wellbeing coach in 2017 with Raw Horizons and ran my own business for 5 years. In that time, I supported clients both 1:1 and in online group programmes. I also published “The Little Book of Active Wellbeing”, which describes my philosophy on exercise for mental wellbeing, as well as providing advice on building motivation. In 2022, I went back to corporate work, I still speak at neurodiversity support groups and I continue to use my coaching skills when managing my work team.
