Mental health has always been of interest, due to my own experiences of anxiety and depression, grieving and low self-esteem. To enable my transformation, I had to learn how to face, and overcome, these specific struggles.
The introduction of a daily mix of physical exercise (walks in nature are my favourite!), social interactivity, mindfulness, and gratitude were catalysts for my new-found happiness. I realised a powerful desire to help others reach their โhappy placeโ.
Since qualifying as a Wellbeing Coach, Iโm now helping customers across the UK and Spain to overcome their unique struggles and maximise their health and happiness โ encouraging them to also put wellbeing at the heart of everything they do.
Iโm so happy to have reached this point and have a work role that gives me true meaning and purpose โ at last!โ
