Claudia Cubbage

Claudia Cubbage

I’m Claudia Cubbage, a former secondary headteacher with over 25 years of senior leadership experience. I now run my own business offering expert coaching, consultancy, and interim leadership, specialising in education and career transitions. As a certified executive and wellbeing coach, I support current and aspiring leaders, teachers, and professionals seeking clarity, direction, and confidence. My services include tailored headteacher coaching for NPQH, NPQEL and EHCO programmes, strategic guidance for school improvement, and 1:1 support for individuals navigating career change. I bring a strong track record in leadership development, safeguarding, curriculum design, and advocating for disadvantaged pupils. I’m currently exploring the use of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques to further enhance the coaching experience and unlock mindset shifts. Whether you’re a school leader facing complex challenges or someone seeking a new path, I help turn uncertainty into purposeful action.

Simon Millington

Simon Millington

Hi, I’m Simon. My approach to supporting people to improve their development encompasses establishing what their ‘needs’ and ‘wants’ are, so I can then design tailored learning solutions with them to maximise the impact of our collaboration.

It is vital to align any delivery to their attitudes and beliefs first and then add value by helping them to recognise the benefits of transforming their existing knowledge and understanding to a new frame of reference.

These connections should be driven by the person, and my role is to support and guide them through the process of change. Supporting people through their change is a privilege that I am grateful for every day.

Sally Rundell

Sally Rundell

I graduated from Southampton University with a Psychology degree and completed postgraduate studies in education, followed by a research master’s at the University of East Anglia. My national and international career in education spans all levels of the system. I began as an EYFS teacher, taught the full primary range, and later held various LA advisory roles. In 2005, the DfE appointed me as a regional and National Director for primary literacy in England.

After the National Strategies period, I became an LA Director of Learning, overseeing school improvement for 350 schools. Now, through my consultancy, I work with UNICEF, the National Literacy Trust, and headteachers across the UK. Recognising the challenges in education, I trained as a wellbeing coach, developing ‘The Achieving Balance Model’ to help education leaders sustain resilience while ensuring the best outcomes for children.

Patricia Sutcliffe

Patricia Sutcliffe

My name is Patricia Sutcliffe, and I am a spiritually minded 74-year-old who has two great passions in life: writing and helping others find themselves.

As an author, I am proud to have published six books, including three biographies that I have written for others—one of which became a bestseller. My latest book, My Journey of Self-Belief, shares my story of sacrifice, hardship, and unwavering self-belief.

As a spiritual life coach, I work with clients to support and guide them as they learn to accept themselves. Through 1:1 sessions, I teach awareness, understanding, and forgiveness, often incorporating guided meditations.

I am also collaborating with two other coaches—a personal trainer and a yoga teacher—to create a three-day spiritual retreat. This retreat will combine guided meditation, yoga, and healthy body training to help people become more spiritually aware and discover a deeper purpose and meaning in life, all within a safe and loving environment
