Creative Therapy

Louise Bowdtich

Louise Bowdtich

Hi, I’m Louise, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Nature Connection Guide. My journey began with healing my own anxiety, low mood, and childhood trauma, leading me to train with Raw Horizons in 2018 and as a hypnotherapist in 2020.

My mission is helping others reconnect with their authentic selves, process unresolved emotions, and find natural balance. I believe healing happens when we remember who we truly are beneath life’s layers.

I blend evidence-based therapeutic techniques with nature-based practices, guiding people ‘home’ to themselves. My work isn’t just about overcoming obstacles; it’s about discovering a grounded, more peaceful version of yourself.

Working online or in person from my camper van Bertha, I support entrepreneurs and individuals stuck by emotional blocks. Through connecting to our true nature through nature and hypnotherapy, we release old patterns, rediscover our inner rhythm and resources, and create space for lasting transformation in all areas of life.

Laura Edralin

Laura Edralin

Hi, I’m Laura Edralin—a calligraphy artist, happiness facilitator, and certified wellbeing coach passionate about combining self-care with creativity.

I love sharing ways to help people support their wellbeing and mental health through creativity and mindfulness. My goal is to help you step away from the busyness of life, get creative, and drop into a calming flow state—with just a pen!

I discovered calligraphy in 2017 as a creative outlet to support my own mental wellbeing. It quickly became more than just a hobby—I was fascinated by the psychological impact creativity can have as a mindfulness practice and personal development tool.

Since then, I’ve become a certified wellbeing coach with Raw Horizons and now combine coaching with creative techniques to support others through public workshops and corporate programs.

I truly believe that the more we share, the more we learn, the more we grow—and the more we find a sense of belonging.

Mental health has always been of interest, due to my own experiences of anxiety and depression, grieving and low self-esteem. To enable my transformation, I had to learn how to face, and overcome, these specific struggles.

The introduction of a daily mix of physical exercise (walks in nature are my favourite!), social interactivity, mindfulness, and gratitude were catalysts for my new-found happiness. I realised a powerful desire to help others reach their ‘happy place’.

Since qualifying as a Wellbeing Coach, I’m now helping customers across the UK and Spain to overcome their unique struggles and maximise their health and happiness – encouraging them to also put wellbeing at the heart of everything they do.

I’m so happy to have reached this point and have a work role that gives me true meaning and purpose – at last!”

Katie Tucker

Katie Tucker

Hi, I’m Katherine, but everyone calls me Katie. I’m a Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy (HICAT) Tutor, Creative Wellbeing Coach, and the founder of Devine-Creative. My mission is to help people overcome ‘dis-ease’ and feel empowered to heal themselves through creative expression.

After experiencing stress and overwhelm in my corporate career, I discovered the transformative power of HICAT. This journey led me to become a HICAT Practitioner, Facilitator, and Master Practitioner, deepening my expertise in holistic healing. Now, I run an online college offering HICAT Practitioner Training, supporting students to understand the power of these beautifully simple but very effective, creative tools to comfort and heal.

Through one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and immersive training, I guide individuals in using creative tools to restore balance, reduce stress, and enhance well-being. At Devine-Creative, we don’t judge—we listen, understand, and trust our intuition, creating a safe space for healing and self-discovery.

Sarah Ashford

Sarah Ashford

Hi, I’m Sarah and I’m a modern quilter and Wellness Coach, passionate about the mental health benefits of learning new skills, sewing, and creativity. This year, I’m writing a column on Wellness and Creativity for a popular Australian magazine, expanding the conversation around wellness.

I work with small cohorts of clients, supporting them one-on-one and overseas via Zoom. I love providing a listening ear, helping people set goals, and live with intention. I also volunteer with @finecellwork, supporting individuals transitioning from prison back into society.

For years, I struggled with exhaustion and overwhelm, but through my own journey, I learned how to prioritise my wellbeing. Now, I use my experience and training to help others make small, positive changes. Whether in person or online, my mission is to provide the space, tools, and support to help you become the best version of yourself.

Emma Little

Emma Little

At The Hut, I bring creativity and purpose to the lives of adults on mental health journeys and those with learning disabilities, whether long or short-term. What makes my service different is that members leave their disabilities at the door and step in with their abilities.

Following my coach training, I designed a coaching program that empowers my members to grow and stay motivated. I made it adaptable and easy to follow, ensuring it builds trust and supports a holistic approach to learning and development.

Why do I do what I do?

It’s simple—I want to make a difference. I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to grow, make choices, and have meaningful discussions that create a positive impact on their lives and those around them. Helping people build a future they can be proud of brings me happiness and fulfilment in my role as a Coach and Service Manager.
