What reasons do people have for not sleeping well?

- Deadlines

How does this make people feel, think, behave?
Usually not good! We don’t make our best decisions, we don’t act well, we feel disgruntled, get upset easier, feel overwhelmed and/or stressed more.
SLEEP IS IMPORTANT!
There are health benefits to sleeping well:
- Maintaining or loosing weight
- Boosting the immune system so not getting sick as often
- Reducing risk for diabetes and heart attacks
- Improving mood
- Reducing stress
- Making better decisions
- Feeling more social and wanting to interact with people
