What is your client going to commit to from the options you have discussed together? 

Once established what they are going to do, they need to keep themselves accountable to it. Ask them to check in and notice what has changed with regard to sleep, has it helped or not? Do remember though that doing something once isn’t necessarily going to work and persistence and repetition is important to build new habits.

Remind your client they are establishing healthy sleep habits, behaviours, attitudes and patterns for a lifetime and not a short term fix.
