About Lesson

People often turn to supplements as a way of helping them sleep. We are not here to recommend they take a certain supplement or promise that in doing so they will sleep better. Rather the list below is for your reference and awareness.

Sleep supplements:

  • Melatonin – this is available to buy over-the-counter in certain countries and on-line but is only on prescription in the UK.
  • Magnesium – available as tablet or in a spray 
  • Valerian Root
  • Glycine
  • Cannabidiol (CBD)
  • Tryptophan
  • Ginkgo biloba
  • L-theanine
  • Ashwaganda

There are many sleep supplements available to buy which are a combination of the above and other herbs, amino acids and vitamins.
