All of the lessons are possibilities and options to help your client sleep well. As mentioned in the ‘O’ of GROW, don’t overwhelm your client by thinking they have to implement everything all at once. Choose an area to start to work with your client and then slowly bring in more options to create a beautiful sleeping experience.
Although I will encourage you to start with setting a consistent time for bed with your client.
