Sleep Well Coach Training
About Lesson

We start session 1 with awareness as the first step in coaching is AWARENESS. We become aware of ourselves, our reality and what is going on with our sleep and how are we are responsible for our lifestyle and how it impacts upon sleep. This gives the client agency in their choices, and from this place we can effectively make behaviour change.

We have a conversation with the client, set goals and understand why sleep is important to them. 

There is a level of discipline when it comes to change and people may not like this word, but we do need to encourage this as we need it as sleep is important. 

It is worth noting that good sleepers aren’t thinking about sleep, they go to sleep! Sleep is biological, it is something we can all do. Even your poor sleepers are sleeping, so do reassure your client that even the bit of sleep they are getting is doing them some good.
