About Lesson

Can your client do a short meditation in the morning to set themselves up for the day? They could be visualisations which help to prime the day, for example:

  • What I want this day to be like
  • What I want to achieve today
  • Who I am going to become today
  • What choices would my future self make today
  • What are my goals and vision for my future
  • A mindful meditation
  • An inspiring meditation to get ready for the day
  • A silent meditation and awareness of self

Also it’s worth noting that we can use the breath to energise the body by taking a longer inhale and a shorter exhale.
