About Lesson
Can your client do a short meditation in the morning to set themselves up for the day? They could be visualisations which help to prime the day, for example:
- What I want this day to be like
- What I want to achieve today
- Who I am going to become today
- What choices would my future self make today
- What are my goals and vision for my future
- A mindful meditation
- An inspiring meditation to get ready for the day
- A silent meditation and awareness of self
Also it’s worth noting that we can use the breath to energise the body by taking a longer inhale and a shorter exhale.
