About Lesson
The technique:
- Relax the muscles in your face including the tongue, your jaw and muscles around the eyes. You are relaxing the entire face.
- Drop your shoulders down as far as they can go
- Relaxing and dropping your upper and lower arm one side at a time
- Breathing in, breathing out
- Relaxing the chest
- Followed by your legs
- Relaxing the thighs and working down to your toes
- Your whole body is relaxed, from head to toe
- Spend the next 10 seconds clearing your mind
- Think about one of the following images:
Laying in a canoe on a calm lake with nothing but clear blue sky above you
Laying in a black velvet hammock in a pitch black room - Then for 10 seconds say to yourself: Don’t think, don’t think, don’t think
And now you are asleep.
