We are not saying “you must do this…” or “your morning routine has to be like that…” Rather it is looking into what works to set yourself up well for the day and to work with your energy throughout the day.

It can be hard for people to put themselves first if they are taking care of other people’s needs eg children, however, they do need to spend a little bit of time to focus upon themselves to prime their day. How can small changes to their morning make for a better night’s sleep?

As always, work out with your client what they are prepared to do and then hold them accountable.
