This is very simply writing out all that needs to be done tomorrow. It empties the brain, creates clarity and allows the mind to relax. It can be scheduled into a calendar or written out as a to-do list. 

I would also like to note, there could be items put on this list that don’t necessarily need to be done the next day but are swimming around your client’s head. It can help to gain clarity if they write out what they need to do and then realise it’s not an immediate task. You can help them, if needed, to schedule appropriately if they let you know they are struggling with too much to do and feel they have too little time.
