What are your clients sleep goals? Have a conversation about what they want (and don’t want). We can think broader and they’re sleeping well vision rather than the step by step how of getting sleep. If you like visualisation you can do one to get your client to imagine sleeping well and what they can then do in the day with their new found energy from sleeping. Look at the bigger picture and why do they want their goal and anchor into the why of motivation.
