About Lesson
This section is not teaching you to be an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) practitioner, but rather I want you to become aware of it as a technique as it’s useful for your clients if they are struggling with lots of ‘negative’ thoughts in their mind.
EFT (or ‘Tapping’) is another resource to help them to turn those thoughts around. It uses certain meridian energy points within the body and as you tap on them you speak your thoughts from negative, to questioning them, to positive.
Your client can find an EFT practitioner to work directly with their issue. There are also many EFT scripts available and guided EFT meditations which are more generic but could be helpful.
