The 4-7-8 breath can be a useful breath to reduce stress and anxiety and is described by Dr Andrew Weil as a natural tranquilliser.

Take an inhale for the count of 4, hold for a count of 7 and exhale for a count of 8.  Practice this with your client a few times and check in if they notice a difference.
